All of our rooms come with a choice of Amtico style high-quality one-piece flooring. This gives a superior finish whilst also ensuring longevity and protection against snagging or damage (especially if you plan to install gym equipment of heavy desks).

Home garden rooms team are vastly experienced in garden room design and installation. The HOME range has been honed and designed to be problem free and long lasting. We use steel reinforced sliding doors or bi-folds to combat against any flexing or future ‘sticking’ of doors to ensure long lasting hassle free use. All of our doors and windows are covered by a 10 year Manufacturer’s Warranty. They are also reinforced, double glazed and come with ultra-secure triple locks as standard.

HOME garden rooms offer composite decking. Guaranteed to be hassle free in comparison to timber decking which is prone to discolour, cracking and becoming slippery.
